Mikael Spreitz has a multifaceted career. On his resume he can write actor, television personality, bodyguard and special lecturer.

 

At an early age, Mikael started with karate - a sport that has been present throughout his whole life. After being very successful in Sweden, he moved to California to train kickboxing under Benny ”The Jet” Urquidez. Moving back to Sweden, Mikael was frequently hired as bodyguard for visiting celebrities. Oliver Stone, Prince, Grace Jones, Tommy Lee, Backstreet Boys, Westlife, Taylor Lautner, Vladimir Klitschko, George Foreman and Prince Leopold of Bavaria have all been under Mikael's protection.

 

Mikael could be seen as Tor - "The Giant of the Arena" in Gladitatorerna. 6´6″ tall and with a great physique, the nickname did not come as a surprise.

 

Mikael is well-known for The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest and The Girl Who Played with Fire where he portrayed Ronald Niederman. He also starred in the very popular film series Johan Falk.

 

In 2013, Mikael started Fighterhjälpen - a non-profit charity foundation that supports children with cancer.
